How I have been doing

Well I started my nutrition plan mid December and couldn't be happer. After only 2 weeks on the plan I had lost 10 pounds and I could take my jeans off without unbuttoning them. This is when it first clicked that this is really working. 

Fast forward a couple more weeks. Im down another 5 pounds and am going to be in need of a new belt pretty soon.
