My Progress

As of December 2012 I started a nutrition program from Herbalife. Guided by my health coach Sarah I came up with a meal plan that I have been following every day of the week. The plan is as follows.


~ Breakfast: I have one of my awesome Herbalife shakes with some raspberry herbal green tea. I started with two flavors Dutch Chocolate and Cafe Latte. But since I have expanded and given the Cookies and Cream shake a try. I love these shakes. Blended with ice they are absolutely delicious and help to ensure that I get proper nutrition every day. I also supplement my diet with three other Herbalife products Cell Activator, Cell-U-Loss, and a Multivitamin. 




~ Morning Snack/Afternoon Snack: I try to pack as much protein in as possible in just about 200 calories.

~Lunch or dinner I enjoy a shake along with my supplements and tea. Then for the remaining meal I do a meal high in protein and complex carbs. 

Eating 5 times a day to keep my metabolism going and eating close to 150 grams of protein daily to build lean muscle. All of this while staying under my calorie goal of 1700/day. This would be nearly impossible for me without the Herbalife shakes. They give me 24 grams of protein at only 224 calories.


So there it is. All I do is make my shakes and follow my plan. After the first two weeks I was down 10 pounds and could really tell a difference in the way I looked and felt.
